2008 N.C. 4A/3A Football Power Ratings

There have been several announced forfeits this season for use of
ineligible players:
Mallard Creek forfeited their first 9 wins of the season to the following
schools: Ardrey-Kell, Harding, Berry Academy, Myers Park, West Mecklenburg,
J.M. Robinson, Central Cabarrus, Vance, and North Mecklenburg.
The records shown include the forfeits, but the power ratings are not affected by the forfeits.
These ratings are based on several factors, including win-loss record, schedule
strength, and margin of victory in games. The most recent games are counted
with more emphasis than those played earlier in the season.
