These ratings are based on a mathematical formula which includes several
factors, including win-loss record, schedule strength, and margin of victory
in games.  The most recent games are counted with more slightly emphasis than
those played earlier in the season.  


The strength of schedule ranking shown here is vs. all opponents and is the 
ranking among the 266 teams in these ratings.


The strength of schedule ranking reflects only games played so far during the 
season, not future opponents.


SS = strength of schedule ranking among all Division I teams (1 is strongest
and 266 is weakest)

*  = ineligible for postseason play
** = ineligible for conference championship and postseason play
