2010 N.C. 4A Football Conference Standings

Welcome to my power ratings and conference standings page. I will be updating
these records every Tuesday night during the season. To determine the
predicted point spread for a game, simply take the difference between the two
teams ratings, and add 2 points for the home team.
These ratings are based on several factors, including win-loss record, schedule
strength, and margin of victory in games. The most recent games are counted
with slightly more emphasis than those played earlier in the season. Forfeits
and games against non-NC teams are reflected in the records, but are not
included in the power ratings.
Notes:
1) 4A Ardrey-Kell forfeited a victory against 3A Weddington due to use of an
ineligible player.
2) 4A Pinecrest is ineligible for postseason play due to a fight that occurred
in a game earlier this season.
3) 4A R.J. Reynolds forfeited 2 wins against 2A Atkins and 4A SW Guilford due
to use of an ineligible player.
